Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will give you full command over your email mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can create a brand new email box account in no time and administer its settings with ease. What's more, you can redirect mail messages from one email account to another, create e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your e-mail box accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email boxes against spam mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for e-mails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mail messages according to certain rules defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Simply choose the e-mailbox you want to redirect electronic mail messages from, then specify the target email mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the mail client of your choice to access your e-mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in an instant.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of everything else.
